YAYY!!!! Tak Dhin-a-dhin dhin-a-dhin tak dhin-a-dhin! Ooo La La La… heeeeeyaaaaaa! tamamatamamam …aaaaaaaaaeeeeeeeee……. (standing up on the table, dancing like a crazed maniac!)

So, now that the jig is over, getting down to business.

I would like to thank God, my parents, Jadoo, my readers, Blogger’s World, Blogging U., my writing desk (it’s brand new, by the way), my laptop (old but as good as new), my fingers, my coffee mug, my phone (it’s broken! someone gift me a new one), my diary, my floor lamp, my hair dresser, my manicurist, my gardener…… (starts dancing again)
Wait, do I even have a gardener?! Who did I just thank?! Aah… that reminds me… Thank those who awarded me. Get down to business.

Worldly Words and Iamabloggertoo nominated me for the Versatile Blogger Award and Dragon’s Loyalty Award respectively
Both these awards require me to list 7 interesting facts about myself.

So, here goes –

1. I have a major sweet tooth.
2. I tried cutting my eye-lashes when I was very young.
3. I have won a few awards, during the course of my 10-year Sales career.
4. Swimming is my favourite form of exercise.
5. I got my first car before I learnt driving.
6. My secret ambition is to be an actress.
7. I am the best Counsellor or Agony Aunt you could find, free of cost. If only I charged a fee for my advice! Or, even took my own advice!

Two Are Better Than One nominated me for the Liebster Award, and asked me a whole list of questions. However, as this post is already going to be a long one, I’ll just pick up a few and answer those. (Forgive me, Michelle)

1. What are your blogging goals for 2016?
   Wait for a separate post on that! 😉
2. What do you want readers to takeaway from your website or blog?
   A little bit of laughter, a little bit of fun, and loads of good reading. 🙂
3. Why do you like to write?
   Because it helps me express my thoughts and feelings freely. Or, maybe because I talk too much and listening isn’t enough. Or is it really, that the voices in my head are talking. Who are they, anyway?!
4. Do you have any advice for someone who is considering to start a website or blog?
   Considering I myself am very new at this, and not really in a position to offer advice, I will just pass on what ever advice I have received from the experts/veterans. Write. Write, and Write. And Network. And Read. And Write.
